1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using luk789 services (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or regulations published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and not register an account.

The Operator reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. • Geographic Restriction: You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines when accessing the Platform. luk789 services are not available to users located outside the Philippines, and we employ geolocation verification technology to enforce this restriction.
• Single Account: You are permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with luk789. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Financial Responsibility: You must use only payment methods and financial instruments that are legally owned by you. Third-party deposits and payments are prohibited.
• Compliance with Laws: You represent that your use of luk789 does not violate any local, provincial, or national law applicable to you.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in this Section. Any false representation or failure to meet these requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available
• Never share your account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify luk789 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices

You acknowledge that you are solely liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. luk789 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 Account Verification

luk789 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License), proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

luk789 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), cryptocurrency (USDT), and other approved payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Maximum Deposit: Daily deposit limits apply based on your account verification level. Standard accounts have a daily deposit limit of PHP 50,000, while fully verified accounts may have higher limits.
• Processing Time: GCash and Maya deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 10 minutes to 2 hours depending on the issuing bank. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and may take up to 30 minutes.
• Payment Method Ownership: All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and possible account closure.

5. Withdrawals and Verification

5.1 Withdrawal Process

5.3 Withdrawal Delays and Rejections

luk789 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification procedures
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of Terms
• Outstanding wagering requirements on deposited funds or bonuses
• Suspicious betting patterns or potential match-fixing involvement
• Legal or regulatory inquiries requiring fund retention pending investigation

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

All gaming activities on luk789 are governed by the official rules of each game as published by the respective game provider. By participating in any game, you agree to:

• Abide by all game-specific rules and betting limits
• Accept that all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealers and are final and binding

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity through the Platform
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted gambling tools
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping or coordinated betting schemes
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access backend systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or luk789 staff members
• Depositing funds that are not legally yours or using stolen payment methods
• Attempting chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been gambled

Any user found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and possible legal action. luk789 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

luk789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including age or geographic restrictions
• Detection of duplicate accounts or identity fraud
• Engagement in prohibited activities as defined in Section 9
• Abusive behavior toward other players or staff
• Extended account inactivity (no login or gaming activity for 12+ consecutive months)
• Legal or regulatory requirements mandating account closure

Upon account termination, any remaining account balance will be forfeited if the termination is due to Terms violations. If termination is initiated by the player or for reasons unrelated to misconduct, the remaining balance will be returned after deduction of applicable fees and completion of all pending verification procedures.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closures are subject to a 72-hour processing period during which time all pending withdrawals will be completed and final account verification may be required.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luk789 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or inability to access the Platform
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your account or data
• Interruptions or cessation of Platform services
• Software bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Platform
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results or account balances due to technical malfunctions

In no event shall luk789's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

luk789 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Game outcomes are determined by random number generators or live dealers and luk789 makes no guarantee regarding game results or winnings. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a normal part of gaming.

12. Changes to Terms

luk789 reserves the unconditional right to modify, amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to users via email, Platform notification, or prominent announcement on the homepage. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure. Continued use of luk789 services following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes binding acceptance of those changes.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the luk789 website with a "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document. All previous versions of these Terms are superseded by the current version.
